For Kit Types:CRM, MCA CRM (iMerchant), BPO, ERP, VoIP, IVR
Sub-statuses allow for an additional level of tracking and sorting within your top-level statuses. This tool is useful for all BPO Kit instances.
If you navigate to the System Statuses tool, you’ll see two new columns: Sub-Statuses and Queue Filter.
Within the Sub-Statuses column, you can add the sub-statuses you wish to any existing status. Simply click the number in the column, enter your new sub-status’ name, and click Submit.
Within the Queue Filter column, you can decide if you want a drop-down menu to appear at the top of the status’ queue. For example, we have Queue Filter set to True for the Approved status. If we navigate to the Approved status, we can see that there is a filter at the top of the queue. By clicking on this filter, we can sort Approved records by any of the sub-statuses associated with the status.
