You now have the ability to create your own custom statuses in your BPO Kit instance. We no longer enforce vertically-specific statuses, so you may create and manage your own additional statuses using this tool.
To access this tool, please click Tools & Reports, then Management Tools, then System Statuses. Scroll to the bottom of the page to enter your own new status. The fields allow you to enter the name of the status, choose whether the status is active or not, and decide whether to label the status as a Milestone or not. If you choose to label the status as a Milestone, then you may enter a Milestone Index to determine its order among the other set Milestones.
